Overall, Panda 3 is a fun and beautifully animated film that nicely expands the world of Kung Fu Panda and has a satisfying conclusion. In addition, many of the new characters like Po's dad, Mei Mei, and the villain Kai are rather bland. Since there are so many new characters this means old ones like The Furious Five have little screen time. Considering that Po meets his real dad for the first time and now has two dads this is handled in the safest way possible with little conflict. The world is expanded into new places that keeps everything fresh and new. The story is a nice conclusion to what started in the second film as it perfectly balances the comedy and drama out. The 2D animated backstory was a nice touch as well. It's beautifully animated with great detail, fluid motion, colorful backgrounds, and has very well choreographed fight scenes. The best aspect of Panda 3 is the animation. This 3rd film is good, although not as good as the first two. The 1st film was surprisingly good and the 2nd was even better with a more emotional story and lush animation. The best aspect of Panda 3 is I'm a major Kung Fu Panda fan and personally believe it's the best Dreamworks franchise. This movie is not to be missed under any circumstances. Po’s bathing in the barrel scene was good too. The scene where Po takes his real father Li to Jade Palace and they try their hands on artifacts from the past warriors, was a complete laugh riot. But if to narrow it down, all the scenes where Kai introduced himself and nobody remembered him were hilarious. I can put down 90% of the movie here actually, if I could. It would be unfair to state only one best scene.
